Our little Chihuahua had cut his paw. It was swollen and he was limping terribly. Our regular Vet was unable to accommodate. We could drop him off and they would work him in. No, not for me. I wanted to be with him. Falls Veterinary gave us an appointment right away. The first thing I noticed was the office wasn't clinical. It was very relaxed and comfortable. Dr Scott and Staff were professional and friendly. Yes, they called to check on PeeWee. It was a very good experience. Would I go there again, yes .
Literally called scheduled me within the hour took longer for me to drive up there than I spent inside and I live eight minutes away very professional can’t believe how fast and nice they are 100/100
We have gone to Dr Falls for as long as I can remember. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Our dogs actually pull us towards the door when we go for an appointment.
