I can’t say enough good about the Epik team. The project was a complete building gut and remodel where they took my rough design and built a beautiful home from it. From Pat and Ashley at the top to the project management team, the project lead (Kenny was awesome) and so many others it was a great experience. The attention to detail was impeccable by all and the remodel is beautiful, and all at a fair price. It’s just what I wanted and I would recommend Epik to anyone.
We selected Epik to construct an addition to our farm house. We worked with the owners, Ashley and Pat, and they provided a quote within 2 weeks and accommodated all of our design requirements. They predicted 90 days to complete the project. The construction started on time and the project management was excellent. There were crews there almost daily and they met all of their predicted milestones. Normally, projects of this size always have issues but the punch list items we experienced were minor and corrected quickly with no change orders! Epik did a 1,000 sq ft addition including a basement to our farmhouse. I’m very pleased with their work. They worked continuously on the project and completed it in the expected time. With any project like this there will be issues, and Patrick and his team resolved every one in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for both large and small construction projects.
