I would recommend CMS Homes based on the fact that they are honest enough to allow negative reviews to be posted on Google and Facebook. We chose another builder in Troy who "Promises to build Your Dream Home". Due to mis-management of our project, things didn't turn out anywhere near what we were promised. I tried to post reviews to make others aware and quickly found out this builder deletes and blocks ALL posts that aren't positive. From what I've seen, CMS is much more experienced and detail oriented. They work more closely with customers to ensure a better overall finished product resulting in more satisfied customers.

As a first time home buyer I can honestly say, speaking to all my other friends, I would never choose anyone else besides CMS. They work with you not for you. HIGHLY, highly, recommend.
