The instructors are great!! So good with the kids! My son and daughter did this in winter while there was no ball going on. They enjoyed it and loved getting their yellow belts! Would recommend to anyone!

My teen is in the teen/adult class for a year now and we both wish she would have tried this out years ago! She comes to Boyer to help keep in shape, build strength and confidence, and work on her balance. She is now an orange belt.
