Mostly good experience did my roof through insurance while selling my home a few years ago thought it was strange they started to communicate with the buyer instead of me during it when the deal is not closed so could fall through and I would’ve been stuck with a roof they picked. But all went through. Communication a bit rude.. not much else job got done and well.

From the initial inspection to the final shingle on the roof, my experience with AAA 5 Star Contractors was fantastic. The May 2025 hail storm caused significant damage to my roof, and my sales rep, Donald leveraged his expertise to ensure that the insurance adjuster caught all damage and that a full roof replacement would be paid for. Materials were ordered and installation was quickly scheduled as soon as my insurance company agreed on replacement. The whole process took just over a month from storm to new roof installation. I would definitely recommend AAA 5 Star Contractors to anyone who is in need of a roof repair or replacement.
