I love that Mrs. AnnaTran listens to my needs regarding my grandsons and react to their needs when needed. She shows concern in office and outside. I love Ana Tran, she's helped me so much. Ana actually listens to me. The only thing that needs work is the new video meetings, the old process worked very well. The new video meetings didn't work and was not easy to access.
