We did a consultation & reviewed my history before moving forward with the lymphatic drainage facial. My Oura ring thought I was in a deep sleep during this! It was so relaxing and I definitely reached a meditative state. My skin looked so glowy & you can see a difference right away. My face looked sculpted but also just very “awake” and alive. I will definitely be back to try a lymphatic drainage massage and for another facial! She has so many services that would fit anyone’s needs. Finding a holistic med spa can be challenging, but if you’re looking for one, try R&R!”
