christine is amazing! she very kindly explained the difference between the pics i showed and the words i used to figure out what i actually wanted, was so extremely fast, and i look great! shes going to be my new hairstylist for sure!

I used to drive from the city to get haircuts at the Sunset Hills store because the stylists were very pleasant. However, the last 2 times I have had Veronika cut my hair, and quite frankly, she needs to attend some customer relations/service training. I will not go back to this store. Great! Lady working by herself 2day? A friday night. Fixed my hair that alot of hair stylist screwed up. Had 2 cut it short. Not happen about that, but no choice. Had to cut it short. Dont remember her name. Please let her know. I said, Thank u, again. Rachel Liput
