I have been continually donating gently used and clean items to this thrift store and have had a great experience with Angie at the shelter as I find her to be very caring of all her animals. I moved from KC to my lake house 4 yrs ago and got adopted by many stray cats and Angie has helped me tremendously with getting them fixed. I'm still working on catching some and Angie has been so kind to extend a certificate to me without an expiration til I can round them all up. They are well fed and cares for at my house and have warm beds in the winter. We all need to keep doing our part to support the homeless pets that need us. I had a wonderful time visiting the shelter and thrift store. Angi, the shelter manager, is one of the most knowledgeable, caring and selfless women out there. The other staff members that I met were also very pleasant and dedicated to their cause. The facility is spotless and the animals are so well cared for. Not only is their housing impeccable, but they have many opportunities for stimulation and growth. The thrift store is a real gem; it is so well stocked with such diverse merchandise.
