We used Laurie to rent some things for our wedding. They were great to work with at first. Delivery and set up was ok.We rented a frozen margarita machine, which we were stoked about. We spent two hours trying to get it to work. We scrapped the idea (was getting married, so I kinda didn’t have anymore time to spend on it).We contacted them by phone and email several times to get our money back for that one item (a fraction of what we spent, but not and insignificant amount). We have gotten no response to either phone or email about this.It was a disappointment, especially given how pleasant and responsive they were before they received payment.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and Wendi! They went above and beyond for my wedding and the set up was super prompt and looked incredible! The lights were beautiful and can be dimmed or brightened. They had the most amazing disco ball with different light combinations that just MADE the party! And their dance floor was perfect and looked so nice! The linens, tables and chairs were perfect. I had to move my wedding to under the tent because of weather, and I was worried it wouldn’t look good, but holy moly! It looked AMAZING!! I wouldn’t have had it any other way! We rented chairs, tables, linens, a shuttle, a bartender, AND a bar cart from here and everything showed up on time and in perfect condition! They helped us have a beautiful and fun wedding. Thank you guys so much!!
