Thank you so much for the spectacular speedy service!These nice people got me in immediately when I told them what was going on. The staff was incredible! My family will be changing eye doctors!
I've been coming to Sullivan Eye Care since I've needed vision correction (since before I was 18, I am 38 now). Last year in August I had an appointment and my contacts were supposed to be ordered for me, they weren't. I called a few times requesting they be ordered, they said they'd get it done and never did. Today I go in to get a trial pair of contacts since I've been wearing this trial pair for almost a year, due to their negligence in ordering mine and refusing to give me my prescription so that I can order them myself, and they give me a hard time. The ladies are so helpful. They take the time to answer questions and help make decisions. I have fun joking around with them. They have a sense of humor ???. Never had a bad experience.
