I can not rave enough how good Sullivan Eye care has been to my dad. Dr Dermody is absolutely fantastic! The clinic staff are so kind and compassionate to my dad and I. I know he can be difficult to deal with and I try to run interference when he gets to telling long winded stories. But literally Dr Dermody just stuck her head out of the office and said “Hey Paul! I see you came back to see me” while we were sitting in the waiting room. She is such a genuine person! I can not thank them enough!
I stopped by to see if they could fix my sunglasses. They repaired them promptly, cheerfully, and without charge. What a delight to experience great customer service! I heartily recommend Sullivan Eye Care.
Excellent team at Sullivan Eye Care. My exam was thorough, informative, and not rushed. My doctor explained everything very well! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The ladies in the back were friendly and very helpful with picking out glasses! Everyone works well together and made my visit fun!!!
