!!!!! BUY NUMBING GEL AND USE IT AS DIRECTED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!! - usually you apply a thick layer(seriously, let it be like an inch and a half thick), & wrap it in saran wrap an hour before the appointment. She will unwrap it and wipe the excess off before she starts. Without the numbing gel, it is EXTREMELY painful. It feels like a burning hot rubber band snapping on your skin. I use HUSH numbing gel & I literally don’t feel a thing! But other than that, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life! Mary and Nancy both are incredible and professional at what they do!! Very comfortable, clean, sanitary, and up to par on procedures. They are very comforting as well at the end if you need ice, or cooling agent
