I’ve used these guys for awhile. Always honest and professional. Recently had an issue with our a/c and Thompson’s couldn’t get to it for a few days so I called another company. The other company hardly tried to diagnose and just wanted to sell me a new $10k unit. I decided to wait for Thompson’s opinion and sure glad I did! He diagnosed a small issue and had us back up and running in 30 min. Hard to find honest reliable service these days. Really appreciate it!
