Canceling an appointment without 24 hour notice: $50 Canceling an appointment without 12 hour notice: $100 Canceling an appointment without 5 hours notice: $200 NO SHOW FEE: $300 All appointment bookings MUST have a working card on file. Any fee MUST be paid prior to booking all new appointments. Additionally, a deposit MUST be paid or appointment will be canceled. Previous no show appointments must pay a $50.00 deposit to book a new appointment. Same day appointments will be cancelled if prior approval is not given by staff. No Refunds on services, NO exceptions.
