“I love a good spa day! I travel a lot and love to pamper myself. I've been to spas all over the country and I have to say that I absolutely loved my experience here!

Ste. Genevieve's historic downtown is picturesque and looks like a town directly out of a Hallmark movie.

I came down to experience the Infrared Sauna. I've had a persistent cough since February and Steph suggested that I come sit in the sauna to help clear my lungs and detox my body. In addition to the cough, the previous week I was working in my garden and have had some itchy bumps on my shoulder.

Steph was very meticulous in explaining to me how to use the sauna and what to expect. There were cold towels to cool myself if I felt too hot and various towels to either cover up (to encourage sweating for the detox), to stimulate the skin, or to place under my neck while I lay in the sauna.

I'm sensitive to heat so I was a little skeptical if I would be able to tolerate the heat. It was warm however not uncomfortable. I was even able to relax enough to fall asleep amongst all the fluffy pillows inside the sauna.

I slept so well that night and I woke up with my skin, lungs and head clearer!

I also received a tour of this beautiful BoHo Chic spa and gym. Upstairs they have a women's only gym and also an additional large room for classes. (Not pictured)

I had the pleasure to visit with the owner and she's a force of nature and a Champion on women's empowerment!

The main floor houses the salon, retail area and treatment rooms. Both men and women are welcome to all of these services. It's only the gym (GymShe) that is females only. Another amazing feature of this gym is that you can access it 24/7 through their app.

Unfortunately I did not get to sample everything in this vibrant haven of wellness, however I'm definitely coming back to experience more!“

She is great with trimming men's hair as well. She does not specialize in color, tints, highlights or updos. She does not do nails or makeup.It's safe to say if you are over 70 then she is the beautician for you!“
