We were very disappointed when we returned to pick up our puppy when we dropped her off to get a haircut.
When we made the appointment we were told the cost would be $75 for full grooming. We assumed that meant a hair cut. We picked her up and she was barely cut. The reason was we were told she was too frightened to fully cut her hair but they cut around her eyes.
They also had us pay and give tip before we saw what was done.
They set the bar for pet rescues! I have adopted two pets from here and from the moment you enter you know the love that they pour into the pups, the business, the services and commitment they put into providing the best opportunity to bring pets to their new forever home!
The training, the pet spa the adoption experience, the staff and the follow up with help is top tier! You all are pet angels offering fur babies their best opportunities to their new family/home after some have fell short of a good human experience in their past!!
We boarded our baby here for 6 days and they pampered him! Honestly I think he was treated better than we were on our vacation! Ha ha. The staff sent us photos every day and communicated with us so well that we didn’t worry about our pet. They have grassy areas for him to play in as well as the other dogs. Thank you Yuppy Puppy!
