We boarded our baby here for 6 days and they pampered him! Honestly I think he was treated better than we were on our vacation! Ha ha. The staff sent us photos every day and communicated with us so well that we didn’t worry about our pet. They have grassy areas for him to play in as well as the other dogs. Thank you Yuppy Puppy!
I have been going to Yuppy Puppy for a few years and used to go to the one in St Peters but it closed and they opened the one in Cottleville. I really miss when it was in St Peters, it was smaller and never had an issue. Since I have been going to the Cottleville location I’ve noticed a big difference in customer service. On the few times I have called them I have been put on hold which is fine but they never came back instead the call was disconnected. For some reason they don’t seem to know how to schedule appointments for grooming. I have 2 dogs that I always schedule my next appointment while i am picking them up at their current appointment.
