I walked into Crystal Nails today. Crystal looked at me and said, "We busy". I said, "Ok. Should I leave?". She said "Yes." I've been going there for 15 years. I will NOT go back. I cannot! Crystal is always so mean...after all of the business I've given, she never as much as smiles or says thank you. As much as I really like Sonni (she is the best! I'm gonna miss her). I can't give Crystal Nails my business anymore.
They are so sweet. Been coming here for a while and thank god they aren’t like the hyped up salon and I hope it stays that way. Super chill especially in the day time. They give snacks and water with service and they’re overall care with you is superb. ❤️
Service was good. Friendly environment. No long wait time. However, my polish job sucked. Gentlemen was willing to fix what he messed up but I didn't have time for him to file the gel polish back off and repolish. And why would I allow him to mess up again? 😒
