This was my first time being waxed. I have an incomplete cervical spinal cord injury. I’ve gotten tired of trying to keep my beard neckline shaved in and keeping it lined up well. In addition, it seems like my nose and ear hair grows faster with age. I had my ears, neck, and nose waxed. The technician, Mimi, was phenomenal to work with. She asked if this was my first time being waxed. I answered yes. She was professionally, kind, courteous, and explained every step of the process. I didn’t have many questions, but she answered each one. I’m really pleased with the results. I booked another session for 4 weeks out.
