I went in today to kill time and to find a new lipstick. Now I am stuck with this lipstick for possibly the rest of my life because it won’t come off. I washed my face four times, took a shower, put lip balm on and my lipstick still looks exactly the same as when I left the store. I don’t know what to do. I guess I will have to have perfect lipstick the rest of my life since this is not coming off. Thank you to the general manager who has simultaneously helped my life and ruined my life. NYX lip stain/gloss combo.

I needed a new lipstick shade to match a dress. I told the person at the front and they said Austin knew every shade in the store. She was right! He went right to what I needed. I also asked about some other speciality items for my face.He asked some questions about my skin and then recommended some great items. It was the easiest most enjoyable trip ever! Austin is the best!

My favorite Ulta. The ladies who work here are so helpful and nice. I had major anxiety to pick a lipstick, but the girl helped me select using her color trick. Picked a new Fenty lipstick that was out of stock on the Fenty website but they had plenty of stock in the store. Super happy with my selection and the help.
