Not quite the worst. Worst service writer ever, honorable mention to Brad and Rick?, the only two with a good attitude. Being dirty does not make your opinion better then 50 years of experience. Shop crew needs an overhaul.
They told me I’d be looked at in 3 or 4 hours . Waited around 10 hours to get a call from them . They only have one Mecanic on site and he is always busy . Go take ur truck get it serviced at Dave’s diesel service next door got my truck fixed under 2 hours !
They are often busy and the wait times can be long but they do a good job on trailer PM's. Usually on the wait list and out on the road again within 2-4 hours.(edit star reduction due to recent 18+ hour downtime 'trailer DOT inspection,hub seal,mudflap.')
