I had an ABS light on my trailer nothing on the dashboard. I checked into the shop Friday at 2:30 pm. Nobody in front of me waiting. At 10:45 pm I spoke to the shop he told me sorry about the wait. My mechanic apprentice went on three Road calls today and they never called anybody into the shop for mechanical work. I smell BS.
Brandon and Eric did a great job getting me back on the road. Brandon is very knowledgeable in his trade and taught me a lot about how actuators work. Great jobs guys thanks a lot for your help and giving me fast friendly and courteous service. KC Refrigeration thanks you both sincerely !
This review might be a little unfair but it is about my experience here. They only had one guy writing, not sure the reason why. I got the at about two PM and was told it would be after seven that night to get to me. It actually wound up being after seven AM the following day for them to call me. Buy that time I had already had my tire fixed at another location and left the area completely. It might have been a bad day for them so I won't rule them out completely.
