This was a very hard experience. My brother in law recommended Simplify to me. They were gentle and kind. I pretty much knew what my husband wanted. The various plans were explained. No attempts at selling me more than I wanted.
The real surprise was getting a message from them checking to see how I was doing. That totally surprised me. They even sent a link with information on dealing with grief. I was also told if there was anything they could do for me just to let them know.

They absolutely made the best out of my worst situation, after losing my grandma, they made it so easy to get her final wishes checked off our list, and we’re absolutely caring and so nice they made the whole process a breeze and I definitely recommend them to any one who is setting up funeral arrangements for some one who has passed or just setting up arrangements for a what if scenario 10/10 recommend
