From my first phone call to job completion was less than a week. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very good communication. I hope we don’t need crack repair ever again, but if we do, Scott would be the person we call for sure. 5 stars !!

We couldn't be happier that we followed a friend's advice to call Scott. Our home with the basement foundation leak is out of town, and we had gotten an estimate from a big name company for ALOT of money. Scott is very knowledgeable and his experience shows. His repair was many thousands of dollars less, and still very high quality. He explained the repair well, is hard working and detailed. I absolutely will tell my friends to use St Joe Waterproofing if a need arises! So thankful Scott did our repair.

After finding water in our basement and the crack in foundation, I got an estimate from a big city company for a very costly repair. A good friend recommended Scott, and we are SO glad he did!!! Scott is a super hard worker, honest, experienced, and worked with us on our unusual schedule. He drove very far to get to us, explained everything in detail, and has such a genuine personality. Seriously, we saved THOUSANDS of dollars going with Scott. (He could totally could have charged us more!) We've tested his repair and feel absolutely confident. He says he stands by his work, but he is so detailed that he doesn't need to worry about that.
