Went in there for haircuts for me and my boyfriend. He didn't really have an idea for his hair and Mindy said that she had an idea and did just wonderful with it. I went in with the idea of a wolf cut and because I have such fine hair she suggested a certain way to cut it give my hair more layers. Overall I was amazed with how well both of our haircuts were.1000/10 best haircut of my life definitely would return!!
Mindy was absolutely amazing! I had no idea what I wanted or what to do after I attempted to bleach my hair at home. It was so unhealthy. She listened to my concerns and made me feel pretty again! Thank you!!
Rumors Salon is at Top Notch hair salon and the hair beauticians that work there a very experienced and can do just about anything as far as I know with your hair they offer other services it's just a Class A Act
