I have been doing business with them since 2010. They are always prompt and very knowledable. They keep my personal and business computers up and running. Have had to use their express service and they were fast. Thank you for all you do for Savannah Marine, Inc.

CJ answered the phone in a timely manner knstead of expecting a message. Great start! He was very forthcoming and helpful on the phone. Being an advanced user and amatuer builder, I was immediately convinced I could trust these guys since I lacked the hardware to do the diagnosis that was needed. The CPU worked, they returned the PC as before, and only charged me $25 for diagnosis. Now I know what part I need and how to fix it. If I don't end up doing it myself, I'll know who to trust for the job.
