I have a warranty problem. All I wanted was a nice easy care flooring that would last for years instead I got ripped off. Anyway that’s how I feel. The floor is separating. Leaving large noticeable gaps. Water is getting under the flooring and now I’m concerned about the subfloor too. I have talked with Ira many times .He placed a claim for me in June. A couple weeks ago he said the claim had been approved. Now he’s back to saying these things take time. I am embarrassed to have company. When I first got the floor it was pretty. Did a great job putting in the carpet. Workers fussed with each other. One worker complained about being there. Was mad because he was taken off a commercial job. He didn't want to be there. The owner was hard to get ahold of. Didn't return calls. I am going somewhere else for the rest of the flooring.
Pam and Ira were friendly and essential in helping us choose the right materials for our flooring project. Joe and Dawson (installers) were extremely polite, efficient, and did an outstanding job. Thank you to all of you, the new floors look great!
