I used this company the last two years! I didn't have any problems and communication was reasonable and I live in France! But this year I can't get the website to pull-up. I will try the VPN and hope it works.
This is the 3rd year I have used this website/company and can recommend it if you do not want to pay a tax fee. I had 5 forms this year and imagine it saved me $300 - $400 so I will continue to use it again and again.
I have been using OLT for years to file me and my family returns; it is the easiest site to use compared to others. I’ve only had one issue and that was the way OLT Kansas Sch S form reported the percentage of time worked in Kansas. It did not calculate .6987 as a percentage which caused the return to be rejected. Other than that everything has been great!
