“I was walked into VN nails this morning arriving shortly after opening and they were already busy and short a nail technician. I was greeted with a smile and asked How may I help you? I asked if I could get in for a pedicure and was told that they would be happy to help me however the wait would be 1-1 1/2 hours. I took it as a good sign that they were busy and impressed with the fact that although they were busy and short a nail technician they were still willing to work me in and with a smile. I explained to Jacqueline my nail tech that I was not able to bend my left leg in order to put my foot into the water and she reassured me that it was fine as I’ve been to a few other nail shops and this seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I asked her if she could cut out my ingrown toenail in my right big toe which was painful making it difficult for me to walk and she replied yes I can do that. Jacqueline was very patient, kind and extremely pleasant while working on my toe which took awhile as it was deep. She did an excellent job on my pedicure when finished helped me to get out of the chair and put my shoes on. I definitely will be back and am planning on scheduling a manicure and eyebrow wax in the near in addition to another pedicure. I would highly recommend VN Nails.I had an appointment scheduled Sat Morning at 9 am for a Deluxe Lavender Pedicure. Peter was my nail technician and did a wonderful job. He was polite respectful and very conscientious of my needs. I would definitely recommend VN Nails. This was my second visit to this shop and both Jacqueline and Peter are Fantastic!!!“
