Here's a summary. I posted this on Angie's List as well. I made an appointment with Dr Bagby's office in February of 2014 because my husband had a tooth that broke off and was very painful. When I called to check if they were running on schedule (because we had other things we needed to do that day) they were running 30 minutes or more behind. When I asked to reschedule, they refused. If we couldn't show up at a later time, they didn't want us to show up at all. I am a full-time caretaker for my disabled husband and also work full time. Thankfully, my employer worked with me to establish a schedule where I work 4 days a week at 10 hours a day - this gives me one weekend...read full review
