    AJ at the Saint Joseph Mo location did a great job on my refinance . It was quick easy and convenient . I appreciate that he was on top of checking into it and got back to me on the same day. My last experience refinancing was a nightmare that lasted days.

    The employee who helped us was wonderful. BUT the amount of time it takes to complete the signing of documents is ridiculous. We were there and HOUR and we provided all the insurance, taxes etc prior. This process should take 20 minutes tops.

    We were in need of help and these ladies were great on doing just that...the company is under new management and it's the best thing that ever happened....if you need help look them up.
