I just left this location on Fredrick in Saint Joseph, Missouri and I can’t begin to explain how great my experience was. I was having a hard time, cashing a check because it was handwritten and as soon as I went in there, I was greeted with a smile and treated as a human being, and Gina went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to walk out of there, satisfied and with money in my pocket! Not to mention in the process of getting the check cleared and approved. The communication iand the conversation was amazing and this branch definitely needs to be recognized as a group of people that care about their customers and believe in service! The ladies here are so easy to talk to and have great personalities! Watching them interact with other customers I could see a level of kindness but also professionalism that people could learn from. Cassie was amazing!
Cassie was quick and efficient very open minded and explained throughly what she was doing as she was doing it and allowed me to understand everything thank you Cassie keep up the great work
