Our technician, Payton, was very meticulous about his work. Working by himself, he did a fantastic job installing our combo air and heating system. His work ethic is great and was very informative about all the bells and whistles that came with our system. Proud to pass the word on Paschal.
I’m completely satisfied with not only the ongoing maintenance but I have had a couple of other issues that they came out on short notice and they immediately took care of. Their technicians are great also. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Paschal operates as though they are a small hometown company with the customer in mind and that I appreciate from the bottom of my heart
Our technician John Brooks showed up on time and was efficient in completing his work. He came in with all his tools, no extra trips. He was considerate of my dog and made sure she didn’t get exposed to the furnace wires before he took the cover off. Great guy, great service!
