I have used Jay Wolf since we had our old farmhouse out by Union Star and they had to come out every October to get the old furnace to fire up. They were so reasonable and so prompt. We had our AC go out in our current home last summer and again, they were johnny on the spot. Our tenant told us their AC went out this past July on a Saturday, and they were out there that day and fixed it!
