I brought one of my cats in because she was experiencing a dry cough. They got us in and out considering they were pretty busy at the time. The veterinarian was so kind and gentle with my kitty who was nervous because there were a lot of dogs and she was in a strange space. We took our Boxer there for a emergency Spleenectomy which we thought was covered by her Truepanion Insurance Company Plan. They ended up telling us that Angel's Policy wouldn't cover her life savings Operation, so we had to make the Very Hard decision to have her cross the Rainbow Bridge Friday night. The Doctor and Nurse on hand were Extremely nice and thoughtful in the way things were handled. We laid he to rest Saturday on our 3 Acres that she got to roam around with her Halo Collar keeping her safe. We miss you very much Angel play with our other Boxers waiting for us until we get to be Reunited in Heaven.
Dr Kyle and his tech Rickie are the best. Before the procedure there was a concern and Dr Kyle called us to let us decide what we wanted to do. So very happy with the care they take with our pup. Thank you a million times over!
