Waited months for a quote from another contractor, got tired of waiting and called Chad. He had the quote to me within 3 days and was started within the week. Well priced as well. He’s a one man crew so it’ll take longer than a big company but the pros out way the cons by a mile. He was honest and transparent with me about what he was doing and charging me for. Was at my house every day and sometimes weekends and even after 9pm. Left the house as clean as it was when he got there. Kind of don’t want to leave this review cause I don’t want everyone else to know about him. I have plenty of work that needs done and he will be my first call for all of it.
Chad came daily even on weekends to work on our project we needed a bathroom and neighboring closet demoed and made into a small room with its own door he did a great job! He very reliable and hardworking and very affordable in comparison to other company’s! We will definitely hire him again in the future!
We hired Chad for a job of remodeling our basement shower. We ran into multiple unexpected issues and he was so honest and helpful! He took the time to do the job right and made sure that we understood the process. His quote was reasonable and very detailed. He did such a great job that we had him do another tile project in another bathroom. He was kind and respectful. We felt very comfortable with him in our home (even if we were not there).
