The front desk people are not very helpful. I stop going there before the Speck shop sold because of the same reason. I returned thinking that the service would have gotten better but I was wrong. After I paid my bill, I had an other charge added to my account. The glasses I got are over priced. Will just go elsewhere and you should too.

I am a single mother with minimal help! I just had surgery and sent my only help to take my son to his apt. Remind you my son has been a patient of theirs since he was 5! Refused to see him and wanted me to reschedule until I was able to move around in 6 weeks!! Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere. Thank God I am not handicapped!

The front desk staff definitely need customer service training. I have an appointment coming up, and I hope that it's a better experience or I will be buying my glasses elsewhere.
