I hesitated to get the permanent eyeliner for YEARS. I've sat back and watched this business grow through their page. I finally broke down and had my top eyeliner done and my only regret was not doing it sooner. I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. All of my concerns were addressed and Tasha made sure I wasn't in pain throughout the whole process. I can't recommend this place enough!
