This company is the worst collection agency in the world the supervisor Nikki Andrew's is very unprofessional extremely racist and doesn't provide accurate information and completely unmorral and doesn't follow any kind of ethics or guidelines according to collections any balance that is owed to this company I am advising not to pay due to unacceptable behavior by Nikki Andrew's who stated that she is the owner and supervisor of the company and that there is not a corporate office and she is the CEO of the company.

They handled everything professionally and even sent my proof of payment the same day. Companies don't hire someone for 3 weeks to cover vacation.."wanted you to collect and very old accounts with incorrect information yet would give you the time to skip trace in order to find & contact debtor." Crazy to think a professional company would let someone go because they punctuate and carry on a sentence at a 4th grade level.

They have two collectors. It was my experience they hired me just to cover those two collectors while they went on vacation. Wanted you to collect and very old accounts with incorrect information yet would not give you the time to skip trace in order to find & contact debtor. After both of their regular collectors took vacation I was let go. Don’t work here unless you want to job for about three weeks .
