Need my loan lein release .Told me only management can do this and takes up to 30days! Crazy .Would not let me talk to a supervisor .Ask to have a supervisor call me. Well still waiting!

The worst customer service, was trying to get a notarized letter so we can sell the car. The 1st time they gave me a number to call because the guy could not find our account, that number was disconnected, we called back and they gave us another number which connected us to the same person who told me he did not have time to talk to me that i was a waste of his time and hung up. If you do business with this company i hope you have better customer service than what i received.
