I was very satisfied with the technician and the service he did. The technician knew his job knew the details of the, issues right away and guided me to make the property decisions on what parts we need he didn't try to sell parts that we didn't need. He arrived a few minutes before he said he would and was direct to the point. He was very professional and respectful and I highly recommend this Lock Service and I will use them from now on for any lock issues we had. Thanks again Randy Knott
I could not unlock my entry door because of a malfunction with the lock. I called STL Flying Locksmiths for assistance and they responded right away. The sent someone out the next day. He was very courteous and recognize the problem right away. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He explained everything to me concerning the problem. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely call them again.
