I had a friend use this business. She was notified that they needed to move the small things, and leave the TWO big things in her home, and they would move them to clean the carpet. Sam’s showed up, cleaned and left. She arrived home to see that they in fact did not move the items they said they were going to. She called them and left a message, and did not receive a call back for FIVE days. She called again after five days and was connected to a manager who stated that she was told to move the big things, and to leave the little things. She informed them that she was told the opposite. The manager apologized, and told her she would send people out to have it fixed. Sam’s sent out two employees, who then handed my friend a NEW bill for another full cleaning. She informed them that they should only be cleaning the two large spots they didn’t clean before. The employees were very sympathetic, but told her there was nothing they could do due to it being managements decision. She called them back, and never heard anything. She left a review on facebook and was responded to give them a call and they will send her through to upper management. Her post was then deleted and she was blocked. That is why I am making a review. So maybe they can fix the situation. Do not use this company unless you’d like to be swindled. Highly unprofessional management. Sam’s do better next time, and actually fix the situation instead of putting more money in your pocket. And make sure your employees are telling your customers the truth on what they need to do before they service the house!!!
