Saint Charles Lock and Key provides a great and highly recommended experience. They are very nice, prompt, and quick to get back to customers and schedule work. The service is reasonably and fairly priced, offering honest and excellent work. They are able to find and handle hard-to-find parts, cut and program keys, and replace or install locks, including smart keys and extra security devices. The owner offers invaluable advice, spends considerable time discussing options, and helps customers get the right type for their needs. Customers report they will not use anyone else after their first experience.
Great experience using this company. Very prompt getting back to me and coming out for bid. Was back in a couple days and was able to find a handle and lock that was very hard to find. Scheduled work promptly and pricing was very fair. Mike was great to work with!
I lost my keys to my car. Mike was awesome and was able to cut 2 keys and have them programed for a very reasonable price. Good guy who does good honest work. I highly recommend his services.
I needed my front door deadbolt replaced after many years of use. I had no idea how to accomplish this. I spoke with the owner, ****. He spent considerable time discussing with me the various options including the new push button smart keys. At the hardware store I was overwhelmed by the choices. So his advice was invaluable. He asked that I take a photo of my current lock and send it to him so that he could get the right type for my door. He even picked up the lock and brought with him when he came to my home. The installation was very reasonably priced, he came the next day and did an excellent job. He even installed an extra security device on my patio door.
