We reached out to Ron due to an urgent leak in our ceiling that we believed was being caused by the roof. Ron was out at our property located in Soulard within hours to inspect the leak and wrote a comprehensive email explaining what he believed to be the cause and next steps. After I read through the email I called Ron and he explained the situationally thoroughly and professionally advising on next steps.
