Janel was Awesome! She made the process I dislike the most, picking glass so easy. She was able to find the perfect glasses for me with 10 minutes. She definitely has an eye. Such a pleasure working with her. The entire staff at this location is amazing.
I cannot say enough of Overland Optical. I have been to other Eye doctors before and they always got it wrong but from the moment we walked into Overland Optical, the experience felt different, like a massive upgrade from the other places I’ve been too. The entire staff was amazing and Gayle made us feel like part of the family. 100% recommend it.
This place and every associate who works here is amazingly friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Gayle helped us through our insurance, making sure we were very well informed on how everything works. She was also extremely helpful in picking out the best frames for both my husband and me.
