Leland came by today as always did an amazing job. He is courteous efficient and always goes above and beyond what I need to control pests in my condo. He even helped out with a wasp nest that I was afraid to tackle myself always depend on them twice a year to take care of my test. They are an excellent company and always come by twice a year.

I've used Midwestern for 10+ years for general spraying (for spiders and ants). They have always been great to deal with and their prices have been very fair. I'm in the process of selling my home, and the buyer's lender required a termite treatment, even though we don't have any, nor do we have previous damage from termites. The service was $450, which was $100 cheaper than the company the buyer's agent recommended. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. Midwestern was also very responsive to all my needs with regard to receipts, lien waivers, etc. that I needed for closing. I will continue to use this company at my next... read full review
