Jeff assisted me from the beginning of the loan process. I informed him about the credit alerts and past identity issues on my file, and once I was verified, he continued to guide me through each step. I'm truly grateful for Jeff and his excellent customer service. When I visited the branch to close the loan, I was helped by another representative—I believe his name was Jamal—who also provided outstanding service.
