“I recently cracked my iPhone 16 Pro. I brought it to Mr. mobile for a new original screen. Within 20 minutes, he had my phone complete. We did have one connection issue with the screen. Mr mobile took time and effort to educate me on what went wrong and took professional measure to make sure I left the building happy. Hopefully I’m not back with another screen replacement! Overall very friendly man and professional, would recommend.“

“I have had two experiences here.

The first I was having a hard time getting my pixel 6 pro to charge. Something was wrong with the port. Someone looked at it and quickly realize some debry was stuck in the port. They fixed it in 2 minutes for no charge.

The second time, after I dropped the same phone which was over 4 years old by then. They fixed it with used parts, but the biometric scanner didn't work. They honored their warranty, no issues at all. It took three attempts to repair but now works like it is brand new again.“
