Corey Griffin and his team were extremely efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, staying on top of requests with very quick response times to questions or inquiries. His top-notch team was highly recommended by my equally amazing realtor, Ryan Grimm with Berkshire Hathaway! The process began with a simple application in the FairwayNow app, which was personalized specifically to him and I was able to seamlessly upload all of my documents via the app as well. I highly recommend the Fairway team to anyone looking to finance for house, condo, property, etc. Given the circumstances i was in owning another house and being denied by my bank, i reached out to fairway and explained the current situation and didnt want to waste any time. They were a le to amkw it happened and i also closed in 2 weeks from time of submitting application. The entire teams foes above and beyond to make the impossible, POSSIBLE! Great job Dan and Team! If it werent for you, i would have lost this incredibe house.
